Real Change: The Central West End Association and the City of St. Louis have announced the launch of the "Real Change" campaign. The goal of the campaign is to discourage the random giving of money to panhandlers while encouraging contributions to local social service providers. Click here to read more.

CWE Southeast SBD Renewal: The Central West End Southeast Special Business District is set to expire at the end of 2008. A plan is under way to renew the district, possibly expanding the borders.
