The purpose of the Grove CID is to develop a comprehensive plan and budget to meet the needs of Manchester Avenue to enhance security, infrastructure, marketing and economic development. The CID boundaries run along both sides of Manchester Ave., between S. Kingshighway Blvd. on the West and slightly past S. Vandeventer Blvd. on the East. The Grove is located in St. Louis city’s Forest Park Southeast neighborhood.
The Grove CID BOD meets the second Monday of every month at noon at 4512 Manchester, Suite #100.
